Our Experienced Team

Rich, grandson of the founder, joined R Whitley & Co in 2004 and has learnt the business from the ground up. With 20 years of experience under his belt, he is a Partner and heads up our successful Residential Sales Department. Rich spends his days utilizing his extensive local market knowledge to provide realistic, market-led valuations for clients.

Chris, grandson of the founder, is a Chartered Surveyor and has been part of the team at R Whitley & Co since 1994. Born and bred in West Drayton, he is a Partner and the head of our sizeable Residential and Commercial Property Management Department overseeing the management of our clients most important investments. As a Chartered Surveyor, Chris also carries out professional work on behalf of clients, including commercial rent reviews.

Jonny has a great eye for detail and a passion for all things creative which are attributes vital for his role. He is in charge of producing professional grade photography for our clients as well as manging our online and social media presence. Jonny is a licenced member of the National Association of Estate Agents having passed his National Federation of Property Professional examinations in 2015. In his spare time, Jonny enjoys long countryside walks and pub lunches!

Alex joined R Whitley & Co in 2006 and is an Associate and key member of our property management team. His conscientious and friendly nature is ideally suited to his role which includes liaising with landlords and tenants over a diverse range of property maintenance and management issues. Alex is a licensed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents having passed his National Federation of Property Professional examinations in 2015.

Mary-Joy joined R Whitley & Co in 2019 having previously worked for another firm of estate agents in Chalfont St Peter for many years. In her position as valuer she spends her days valuing properties for both sale and let, as well as conducting viewings with prospective purchasers and dealing with the progression of current sales.

Tony joined R Whitley & Co in 2022 and boasts over 35 years of local estate agency experience. From 1988 to 2013 he was an integral part of the team at the West Drayton branch of Orchard & Shipman which later merged with Campsie. Tony has spent his whole life in West Drayton and has a strong network of clients who trust him with their property needs. Having dedicated most of his career to estate agency it’s safe to say that you will struggle to faulter his knowledge and clients always feel in safe hands. Tony is an important member of the Residential Sales Department and meticulously oversees the progression of each sale transaction ensuring all parties achieve the necessary milestones all the way through to handing over the keys on completion day.

Luke joined R Whitley & Co in 2022 and is an essential part of our residential lettings department. Prior to joining R Whitley & Co, Luke was an inventory clerk giving him some useful industry experience and a keen eye for detail. Luke spends his days helping prospective tenants with their property enquiries, undertaking viewings, handling offers, progressing referencing and overseeing tenant move-ins. If you are looking to let out your property or to rent your next home, then Luke is your man!

Reshma joined R Whitley & Co in 2021 with 15 years’ experience in the residential property management sector. Her busy role includes liaising with landlords and tenants over a range of management issues including general repairs, maintenance, compliance and tenancy renewals.

Sharena joined R Whitley & Co in the summer of 2024, bringing her previous property sector experience working at a family-run Estate Agency in Exeter and more recently her own property management company. Sharena’s days are spent speaking with applicants to understand their requirements and matching them with suitable properties, conducting viewings and negotiating sales. In her spare time Sharena is into her keep fit and yoga as well as publishing her very own podcast, ‘STARTUP. STARTNOW.’ where she discovers the journeys of inspirational entrepreneurs!

Gyan Joined R Whitley & Co in 2014 from a background in residential property management for private landlords. He now diligently assists Chris and Alex in the day-to-day running of this department including routine property inspections and processing tenancy renewal documentation.

Aaron joined R Whitley & Co in 2022 and is the definition of a ‘people person’. If you’re viewing properties with us on a Saturday, then there’s a good chance you’ll meet Aaron where you’ll be greeted with heaps of enthusiasm, excellent customer service and his trademark smile!

Roxana is kept exceptionally busy on Saturdays as it’s the busiest viewing day of the week at R Whitley & Co. Roxana is a friendly, enthusiastic member of the team who will do all that she can to make sure you have all the information you need to make your purchasing decision.
